Charles Babbage and Computer Invention

Charles Babbage is the father of computer. Babbage was both a Mathematician and a mechanical engineer.

Charles Babbage was born in 1791 and died in 1871 in London. He received his education from Trinity College and Peter House, Cambridge.

Babbage worked in Cambridge University as a Lucasian Professor of Mathematics from 1828 to 1839.

He was also the fellow of the Royal Society. The world will remember him for his invention of the first mechanical computer.
